Sale Engineer (Field: Elevator, Hochiminh)

Work place: Hochiminh Office (2nd FLOOR, PAX SKY 34A PHAM NGOC THACH, WARD 6, DISTRICT 3)

Job description:

1. Receive information from salesman, BOD and agency.

2. Analysis architect drawing and submit solution about elevator system of the building.

3. Calculate traffic with Hyundai program.

4. Make Inquiry for Dimension check, quotation and LOD to factory.

5. Check information from factory reply in Inquiry.

6. Prepare & send Hyundai profile (specification, drawing elevator) to client

7. Prepare drawing contract to sign with client

8. Prepare final Spec sheet and LOD approval to make PO and MN for factory

9. Submit and get approval drawing from client.

10. Support to sales admin for bidding document:

+ Make Specification and Hoist-way plan

+ Calculate Separate beam price

+ Make Installation Schedule

+ Make Meet demand about specification table

11. Support sales team to contact customers to resolve any queries and litter problems

12. Follow the delivery schedule

13. Send Hyundai catalog, Hyundai elevator specification and related documents to client

14. Receive and solve project information from agency, client

15. Manage and remind factory reply Inquiry.

Requirements:

1. Have experience (2-3 years) at the same position at elevator field.

2. Knowledge of the industry of Elevator/ Escalator

3. University degree in Mechanic, Electric, Marketing, Business Administration

4. Good communication in English is a plus

5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

6. Require good analytical skills.

7. Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.

8. Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
